Most of the items we offer are taken on consignment or have been obtained through those who are liquidating excess, overstock inventory or discontinued items. These are unused items in the original packaging, and we can not guarantee that warranties on these items will be honored by the manufacturer. -
ALL ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING IT (except those explicitly sold or described as "AS IS", "NOT WORKING", "SPARE PARTS", "UNTESTED", or in any way that indicates we do not have the means or knowledge to test the item). -
We do make every effort to provide precise descriptions and quality photographs. To protect the value of these items, we do not and will not be able to identify underlying problems. -
We assume no responsibility for damage or actions resulting from the use or misuse of items sold. Some items may be old stock and as such may have hidden defects or hazards that are not obvious. We are not able or qualified to make assessments of fitness of purpose or applicability for the items that we sell. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the applicability and fitness of purpose of each item to his/her particular use. -
We will not issue refunds for uninsured items that have been damaged during shipping and it is recommend that you insure your package for the full amount of purchase. A few important notes regarding our Shipping & Return Policy: -
We only ship within the continental U.S. Shipping prices will differ depending on zip code in the United States. Illinois residents are required to pay state tax of 7.25%. -
You can also arrange for local pick-up directly from our location. You will be required to pay state tax of 7.25% plus a $2.50 handling fee. -
Please contact us regarding shipping charges for packages destined to Alaska or Hawaii. The actual charges may differ from the amount calculated through the shopping cart. -
Shipping insurance will be REQUIRED for items over $100. Items that are not insured and are damaged during shipping are not eligible for refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. -

Please Note: Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Checkouts on Friday will be processed on Monday.
